  • The service, training program, or digital product has not been substantially accessed, used, or consumed
  • No certificates, credentials, lab access credentials, or official deliverables have been issued
  • The request does not involve customized, enterprise, or bespoke services

After the 48-hour period, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, as permitted under UAE law for digital and professional services.

Non-Refundable Services

Under UAE regulations, refunds are not applicable to certain categories of services and digital content once delivery or access has begun.

The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:

Training programs, bootcamps, sprints, or workshops that have started
Digital content, labs, portals, or downloadable materials once accessed
Customized cybersecurity services, consulting, assessments, or audits
Certification fees, exam fees, or issued certificates
Promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases
Corporate, government, or enterprise contracts

  • Any applicable third-party transaction or gateway fees may be deducted
